President & CEO
As CEO/President of HPM Insurance, Lyle is responsible for setting the tone and vision of the agency. Lyle works with all the agency personnel to identify risks and exposures for both new and existing clients. He also works with our companies to understand the latest products and services that may benefit our clients.
Lyle is actively involved in his community as coach for girls' ice hockey and lacrosse. He sits on the board of trustees for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater New England Chapter and is chairman of the Bike MS committee. In addition he also sits on the board of directors for the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce and Professional Insurance Agents of New Hampshire (PIA). He is also a representative for independent insurance agents on the SAFECO Advisory Council and on the Advisory Board for Mount Washington.
Lyle is an avid skier and competitive cyclist on the road, mountain bike and cyclo-cross. He also plays lacrosse for the MetroLacrosse Stale Doughnuts in the Olde New England Lacrosse League.
CIC: Vice President of Commercial Lines
Lisa began her journey in the insurance industry at The Holt Agency, while still in high school. With more than 25 years of experience in the business, she has worked her way through each aspect of the agency and now heads the commercial lines department at HPM Insurance.
Lisa resides in Wilton with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys spending time in her yard gardening, riding her motorcycle, and training for both triathlons and road races. She also enjoys the tranquility of her farmer's porch and her travel trailer. She is also very active in her local church as a music director.
CPCU: VP of Business Development & Communications
April handles the marketing and communications for HPM Insurance. She has 16 years of insurance experience, but grew-up in the industry, as her father, Jack McBriarty, owned an agency throughout her childhood. April tested the waters of insurance by working in Commercial Union's claim's department, followed by running an office for a large agency in Massachusetts. She then joined the family business of McBriarty Insurance Agency in Milford where she ran the business with her father for more than 10 years. April earned her CPCU designation in the winter of 2012.
April lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband, Ted, and two boys. She enjoys traveling, music, running and cooking.
LUTCF: Director of Life & Health
Dave is our Life & Health Insurance Specialist. He joined the agency more than 20 years ago to work with his father, Vern Trudo. Dave's reputation for helpfulness and problem solving has brought him great success, particularly in the field of health insurance. He is proud to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of The New Hampshire Health Plan and is a member of Anthem's Producer Advisory Council. He is also a winner of Anthem's Premier Partner program for 2012.
Dave lives in Weare with two horses and two retired racing greyhounds. Dave is a bicycle and motorcycle enthusiast. His collection includes two classic motorcycles from the 60s that he has restored and loves to ride.
Audra is part of the agency support team and organizer extraordinaire. She ensures that the "behind the scenes" operation continues to flow smoothly whether it is greeting clients or organizing a charity event so that everyone can participate.
While not in the office Audra can be found curled up with a Jane Austen novel and anything pumpkin spice.
She can also be found hiking with friends or family or hanging out at the waterfront. Audra also has a passion for make-up and fashion.
Personal Risk Control Specialist
Monica is a Personal Risk Control Specialist with more than 21 years of insurance experience. Monica began her insurance career at Travelers back in 1990 after moving from Southern California. She soon realized she wanted more interaction directly with the customer, which lead her to the agency side of insurance.
Monica's second language is Spanish. She is active in The Business & Professional Women of New Hampshire. In her spare time she loves to head to Foxwoods, play Farmville, curl up to a book or listen to music.
Giselle is our ray of sunshine who always has an infectious smile on her face. This is actually Giselle's second time around with HPM as she left the agency 18 years ago to raise a family. Now that her children are grown she wanted to come back where she left off and was welcomed back with open arms.
While not in the office, Giselle can be found spending time with her husband, Steve and son and daughter. She also loves to travel, especially on cruise ships heading down to the Caribbean. Giselle also enjoys quilting and crafting to make anything pretty. She also has a special place in her heart for volunteering at her church in Amherst.
ACSR: Commercial Risk Control Specialist
Kim joined HPM Insurance Bedford in the summer of 2015 with nearly 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. In addition to a property and casualty license, Kim has also earned her ASCR designation for both personal and commercial lines. When Kim is not in the office, you can find her curled up under a blanket with a good book or out and about with her daughter, family and friends.
Barbara has been in the insurance industry since 2000. She managed the personal lines department for many years before fulfilling her dream of living down South on the coast where she now resides with her husband and two dogs.
Barbara has always had a passion for numbers which makes her a great asset to the agency as a financial analyst.
When Barbara is not working or enjoying the surf, you may find her curled up with a good book. Among her favorite authors are John Irving, Tom Wolfe and Oscar Wilde. Barbara is also fascinated by politics, so thus a talk radio junkie! Barbara also loves music. She likes to listen to Dave Matthews, The Beatles, Van Morrison, James Taylor and many more, but her best days always begin with Frank Sinatra.
As an animal lover, she is a proud supporter of the ASPCA and the Humane Society.
Personal Lines Supervisor
Karen joins the HPM team with more than 20 years of insurance experience and 8 years of supervisory experience from the largest independent agency in the state. She has an in-depth understanding of the personal insurance market place match an individual or family with the best program to fit their needs and budget.
Karen also has years of managing high net-worth clients and understands the complexities and demands of such accounts.
When Karen is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Health Benefits Consultant
Tom has been in health insurance and benefits industry for more than a decade. He specializes in the health insurance needs of businesses by providing group benefits as well as coverage for individuals. He can help answer the complex issues involving the AFA and Medicare.
Tom and his family moved to New Hampshire from New York in mid-2015 and took roots in the seacoast where they enjoy the outdoors with activities such as hiking and camping.
When not at work or with his family, you may catch Tom court-side as he loves to play tennis as much as possible. You may also catch him watching a baseball game, but don't hold it against him - he is an avid Yankees fan.
Risk Control Specialist
Rhonda is a Personal Risk Control Specialist with more than seven years of insurance experience. Rhonda began her career at State Farm in Goffstown but decided she wanted to provide clients more options so moved to the independent agency side of insurance. She holds a NH property and casualty license in addition to a NH health and life insurance license. Rhonda enjoys anything that has to do with cooking and being creative. She and her two kids can often be found spending time with family and friends, preferably by the water.
Joe joined HPM Insurance in August of 2014 with nine years of sales and service experience in the insurance industry. Besides holding a NH property and casualty license, Joe holds an ASCR designation and is in the process of earning an Accredited Advisor insurance designation.
When Joe is not in the office, you can find him enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family, friends and his dog, Remy. Joe is a self-proclaimed chef, avid beer maker and loves to camp.
Kate is a Personal Risk Control Specialist with more than 13 years of insurance experience. Kate began her career at State Farm in Manchester where she worked her way up to office manager. She holds a NH property and casualty license in addition to a NH health and life insurance license. She was a welcome addition to the HPM Insurance personal lines team in July of 2013.
Kate's second language is French and enjoys running and spending time on the sidelines of the John Stark General's sidelines for her son's football and lacrosse games.
Dwayne comes to HPM with a passion for working with businesses of all sizes, specifically in manufacturing and contracting. With years of commercial insurance experience he strives to make sure his clients understand the risks that face their business and how to properly protect it. Dwayne is a NH native. When he is not in the office you can find him spending time with his wife of more than 10 years and his beagle Sadi. He also enjoys getting roughed up on the soccer field, golf course or hockey rink depending on the season.
Cathy is a Personal Lines Risk Specialist with more than 33 years of experience in the insurance industry. Cathy is a life-long resident of Wilton which has allowed her to establish long and trusted relationships with area clients.
Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband as well as traveling to new places, sharing with friends and enjoying the great outdoors.
CIC, AAI: Commercial Risk Control Specialist
Nicki began her career in insurance more than 25 years ago on the insurance company side of the business. Though she loved the industry, she wanted more interaction directly with clients so she decided to make the move to the agency side. Since then she has excelled in helping businesses with identifying and managing their commercial risks. Nicki holds the distinguished designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI). She also holds a NH property and casualty license as well as a health and life license.
Nicki resides in Goffstown with her husband and loves spending time with family and friends.
