HPM Insurance is pleased to welcome Karen Hayden to its team as personal lines supervisor.

Karen joins the HPM team with more than 20 years of insurance experience and 8 years of supervisory experience from the largest independent agency in the state.  She also has in-depth understanding of high net-worth clients and understands the complexities of such accounts.

President and CEO of HPM Insurance, Lyle Fulkerson, is pleased to have Karen on the team.  “Karen has the experience and professionalism we were looking for to further develop our personal lines team,” Fulkerson said.  “We know our employees and clients alike will appreciate the talents she brings to the table with her unassuming yet confident approach to sales and customer service.”

According to Karen, she was happy to join HPM Insurance because she recently relocated to Southern New Hampshire from the Exeter area and wanted to work with a growing agency.  “I am excited to bring my experience to a team who is open to new ideas and has the best interests of their employees and clients at heart,” said Hayden. “This helped with the difficult decision of leaving my prior place of employment given I was there for more than 20 years.”

Karen will be working with both the Bedford and Amherst locations but will primarily be located out of the Amherst office.  If you would like to contact her, please give her a call at 603-673-1201 or email her at Karen@HPMinsurance.com.
